Orders placed before 12:00pm AEDT will be shipped the same day. All other orders will be shipped on the next business day. Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery.

We offer FREE DELIVERY for orders over $150 (for all other items shipping will be calculated at the checkout).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping, on orders placed before 12:00pm AEST on Monday to Friday will be sent the same day.

A flat rate of $25 on all international shipping will apply.

White Lily Row will gladly exchange, credit or offer a refund on any full price purchases if returned within 30 days from the purchase date.

When returning your item, please refer to our return item checklist below:

• Have you included the original receipt?
• Is the garment in original sale condition?
• The garment must be unworn, washed or altered.
• Are the swing tags still attached?

• We recommend using registered post so that your parcel is not lost in transit.

Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned items except when faulty. A rate will be applied when put through our system.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2 business days of White Lily Row receiving the returned items. A notification will be sent to the nominated email address when processed.

Sale items are final sale and are unable to be returned for a refund for change of mind or wrong decision.

We thoroughly quality check all our garments before packing and are satisfied that they are of the correct standard before we send them. However, if there are any issues with your garments, we are happy to discuss these with you and find a reasonable resolution.

When returning a faulty or damaged item, White Lily Row will cover the $8.95 return fee once the item has been sighted by our team. All the standard requirements of a returned item apply.

All our fabrics have been chosen to be soft and silky to touch, but we’ve made sure they’re practical and easy-wear. That said, with excessive washing and drying colours may fade and garments may shrink. We don’t want that any more than you do.

We recommend, and we know our beautiful garments would love it, using cold water when washing.  Our garments are fast-drying, so when drying use a warm tumble dry setting, or better still pop them on the line.
